Software Engineer

Help us build the core platform that scouts, agencies, and clubs rely on every day — from player databases and reporting tools to the workflows that streamline recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship features across our web application, from player search to scouting reports
  • Work closely with product and design to turn scouting workflows into intuitive interfaces
  • Improve the performance and reliability of our data pipelines as our player database scales
  • Collaborate with the team on code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical documentation

What we're looking for

  • Experience building production web applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
  • Comfortable working across the stack, from front-end UI to APIs and databases
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Interest in football or sports data is a plus, but not required

Account Executive

Own the full sales cycle for Scout FTC, introducing clubs, agencies, and academies to a smarter way to scout and recruit talent.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clubs, agencies, and academies that could benefit from Scout FTC
  • Run product demos and guide prospects through evaluation and onboarding
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities from first contact through to close
  • Partner with the product team to relay customer feedback and shape the roadmap

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally in SaaS or sports technology
  • Genuine interest in football and an understanding of the recruitment landscape
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

AI/ML Engineer

Build the machine learning models and data systems that power player evaluation, recommendations, and scouting intelligence across the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and deploy models that evaluate player performance and potential
  • Build data pipelines that turn raw match and tracking data into features for our models
  • Partner with engineering to ship ML-powered features into the product
  • Continuously evaluate and improve model accuracy using new data sources

What we're looking for

  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with common ML/data tooling
  • Comfortable working with large, messy, real-world datasets
  • Background in sports analytics or computer vision is a plus, but not required
